Some people think she’s dead, either got dusted by some Dracs, or stood in the sun too long and burst into flames, or maybe the withdrawals did her in turned her into static.

Some people might be right.

She’s out there though, and she’ll help if you need it, she’s good at running interference, boosting the signal, getting supplies, and from keeping people’s brains from going flatline while coming off the pills.
People who’ve seen her during the shakes, or when suffering from heatstroke, or the few people she’s picked up as a getaway driver say she could be a ghost.

They might be right, hard to say for sure, these days.

She's pretty much a loner, she went through the withdrawls of the happy-pills all on her own, and has been on her own ever since, because of this she occasionally has a bit of a spaz-fit, a little physical stutter.

She lives out on the veeeeery edge of what's actually habitable, and she will occasionally joke about living in an underground bunker, but that's basically exactly where she lives, a sub-basement of an industrial warehouse. The building itself was razed, and has since been further destroyed by the acid rain, but the basement's okay.

Not many people know she's actually alive. She's one of those kinds of people where if someone brings up their name, someone else goes: "Nah, man, she's dead, it was a year ago, Professor Plum, in the Kitchen with the Candlestick." And someone else goes: "No, that ain't it, it was just a few weeks back, crashed off the Santa Ana freeway." And so on. She is, however, alive and (mostly) well.

She rather enjoys playing Rescue Ranger, which is to say if there's a group planning a raid and they're a hand short? She'll be there, locked, loaded and ready to rumble. Someone's transmission blew out and they're stranded? She'll be there with water and a ride back to wherever they're going. Etc. etc. etc.

Scarcrow'd-Verse: She was brought in by Kobra and reprogrammed. She's still as good as a ghost to most people, they don't see her until it's too late. She's hardly an angel of mercy, but she likes to think she is, rescuing the desert-rats from themselves and their bad decisions.
